Panayotis Terzakis' debut album "Far Away Land" will be released September 2009. Including Greek songs from all over the Helladic region under Terzakis' personal perspective, this album comes after a very successful three-year-tour in US' New England area and Greece. A musical journey to the Greek traditional music world with the rich, bass voice of Panayotis, the album includes songs of joy and celebration as well as dramatic ballads and laments.
One of the album's highlights is "Yianni Mou to Mantili sou" a famous pentatonic Greek song, especially arranged for this album by Canadian-Greek composer Constantine Caravassilis. The string section of the song was recorded at Indecent Music.
